Kindle Scarf Progress

I started this Kindle Scarf awhile back. I'd have to check to see the actual date, but ran out of white yarn. I thought I had tons of white Dale Heilo, but in fact what I had was tons of off-white. So this pretty scarf has spent the past 6 weeks or so in the time out basket. Although the picture angle looks as though the scarf gets smaller, it really is the same width throughout the length of it.


In the meantime started these fabulous socks from Blackberry-Ridge. I had the first one done in time for my mother's birthday (Valentine's Day). Good things moms are understanding about these things. I think these socks are adorable. I can't wait to give them too Mom for Easter. It's a good thing I'm too old to give up for adoption.
